Day 05 - July 28, 2001

 As we had gotten in late last night and were not able to get our computer access, we were so far behind that we decided to take and extra day to get refreshed and caught up. So today we stayed in Paducah. e went down byt the river and visited the shops, and then went down to the water, read the historical markers about the coming together of the 2 rivers as well as the famous people that visited r stayed here. We also read all about the many floods they got here. We then went back to the hotel after doing a little more shopping. We watched TV for awhile then packed up for an early departure.    If all goes well in the AM, then we'll see you on the byways......early........
